रात्री उद्धव बाळासाहेब ठाकरे यांच्या युवासेनेतील शेकडोवर पदाधिकारी व कार्येकर्त्यानी यवतमाळ, पुसद जिल्हा समन्वयक नितीन भुतडा यांचे लोटस या निवासस्थानी भारतीय जनता पक्षात प्रवेश करून खा.नागेश पाटील यांना धक्का दिला होता. त्याचं धर्तीवर दि.27 डिसेंबर रोजी उबाठाच्या दोन माजी नगरसेवकांसह इतरही पदाधिकाऱ्यांनी भाजपात प्रवेश करून उबाठा शिवसेनेला मोठे भगदाड पाडले आहे.
माजी नगरसेवक अमोल तीवरंगकर यांचे नैतृत्वात रेखा गवळे, विलासराव गवळे, बाळासाहेब देवसरकर,अमोल माळबरडे,अनिल माकोडे,बालाजी साखरे,आत्ताउल्हा खान,सुनील जाधव,रवी जाधव,चंद्रभान राणे,सदानंद सुर्ये,शैलेश रायवार आदींनी भाजपाच्या ध्येय धोरणांवर विश्वास ठेवीत प्रवेश केला.
याप्रसंगी भाजपाचे शहराध्यक्ष प्रकाश दुधेवार सर, अजय बेदरकर, माजी जि.प. सदस्य संदीप हिंगमीरे प्रामुख्याने उपस्थित होते.
सेनेच्या या पदाधिकाऱ्यांच्या भाजपा प्रवेशामुळे आगामी नगरपालिका निवडणुकीत भाजपाची एकहाती सत्ता येणार असल्याचे अनेकांचे राजकीय भाकीत आहे. काही दिवसांपूर्वीच सेनेला जय महाराष्ट्र करीत भाजपाच्या तंबूत दाखल झालेल्या सैनिकांमुळे उबाठा सेना पुरती कोसळली होती.मात्र आता माजी नगरसेवकांच्या भाजपा प्रवेशामुळे महाविकास आघाडीची झोप उडाली असून मिळेल त्या संधीच सोनं करण्याच्या विचारात असलेले उर्वरित सैनिकही भाजपात दाखल होण्याच्या मार्गावर असल्याचे कळते.
आगामी नगरपालिका, जिल्हा परिषद, पंचायत समितीच्या निवडणुकांमध्ये भाजपा नेते नितीन भुतडा यांचे नैतृत्वात लढल्या जाणार असल्याने उबठा मधून भाजपात इनकमिंग झालेल्या नवनवीन पदाधिकारी यांना मोठी संधी मिळण्याची शक्यता आहे.
उमरखेड-महागाव विधानसभेतील नागरिकांना वैचारिक विचारधारेत सामील होण्यासाठी भाजपा शिवाय पर्याय नसल्याचे मनोगत यावेळी नवं प्रवेशित माजी नगरसेवक अमोल तीवरंगकर यांनी पक्ष प्रवेशा पश्चात मनोगत व्यक्त केले. नितीन भुतडा यांनी नवं पक्ष प्रवेशिताना सन्मानजनक वागणुकीसह योग्य त्या जबाबदाऱ्या लवकरच वितरित करू असे आश्वासित केले.
