तिवडी-टाकळी रोडवरील ५ MVA, महाराणे रोडवरील १० MVA नवे ट्रान्सफॉर्मर तसेच ११ के.व्ही. वीज वितरण जाळ्याच्या सुधारणा या कामांचा समावेश आहे.
उपकार्यकारी अभियंता प्रशांत अंबाडकर यांनी सांगितले की शहरातील ६०-७०% वाढीव भार लक्षात घेऊन ही कामे केली असून कमी दाबाच्या विजेची समस्या दूर होणार आहे.
कार्यक्रमास आमदार किसणराव वानखेडे ,नितीन भुतडा, विवेक कन्नावार प्रकाश पाटील देवसरकर, आशा देवसरकर, भाजपाचे पद अधिकारी व आदी मान्यवर उपस्थित होते.
