विशिष्ट समाजाचा उल्लेख करून मोबाईलवर आक्षेपार्ह पोस्ट व्हायरल केल्याने समाजाच्या धार्मिक भावना दुखावल्याबद्दल दि 20 जून रोजी उमरखेड पोलीसांनी एक जणाविरुद्ध गुन्हा दाखल करून रात्री 11:30 वाजताचे दरम्यान आरोपीस तत्काळ अटक करण्यात आली आहे .
पोलीस सुत्रांनी दिलेल्या माहितीनुसार, राहुल तामसकर रा . आठवडी बाजार , उमरखेड असे आरोपीचे नाव असून आरोपीने त्याचे मोबाईलवरून आक्षेपार्ह पोस्ट व्हायरल केल्याने या पोस्टमुळे विशिष्ट समाजाच्या धार्मिक भावना दुखावल्या त्यामुळे दि 20 जून रोजी रात्री शहरात तणावाचे वातावरण निर्माण झाले होते . परिस्थितीचे गांभिर्य ओळखून पोलीसांनी आरोपी राहुल तामसकर यास रात्री 11 : 30 वाजताचे दरम्यान अटक करून त्याचे विरुद्ध भा .दं.वि . 295 नुसार गुन्हा दाखल केला आहे . ठाणेदार संजय सोळंके यांचे मार्गदर्शनाखाली एपीआय निलेश सरदार पुढील तपास करीत आहेत .
