दिनांक 25/02/025 रोजी वेळ सकाळी 01/20 वाजण्याचे सुमारास गुप्त बातमीदारा मार्फत माहिती मिळाली की ग्राम लोहारा येथे एक इसम टाटा सुमो वाहन क्र MH 35 M 306 या वाहणात दारूची अवेध्यरित्या वाहतूक करीत आहे वगैरेवरून API सारिका राऊत सोबत pc 1681 मुसळे pc 964 आकाश पो स्टे उमरखेड तसेच दोन पंच यांचेसह सदर घटनास्थळी जाऊन रेड कार्यवाही केली असता वरील वाहन टाटा सुमो हे ग्राम लोहरा वरून कारखेड फाट्याकडे जाणाऱ्या डांबरी रोड वरील कॅनलजवळ येताना दिसले.
सदर वाहन पो स्टे स्टाफ यांच्या सहाय्याने थांबवून, वाहन पंचासमक्ष चेक केले असता सदर वाहनात अवेध्यरित्या देशी दारू बाळगून तिची वाहतूक करीत असल्याचे समजले, सदर वाहन चालकास पंचासमक्ष त्याचे नाव गाव विचारले असता त्याने त्याचे नाव वैभव मुंजाजी हिंगाडे वय 20 वर्ष रा चातारी ता उमरखेड असे असल्याचे सांगितले. तेव्हा पंचासमक्ष सदर वाहन चेक केले असता सदर वाहणात 18 बॉक्स ज्यामध्ये देशी दारू भिंगरी 180 ML चे 864 बॉटल किंमत प्रत्येकी 70 रुपये प्रमाणे एकूण 60,480/- रुपयाचा मु्देमाल मिळून आला तसेच टाटा सुमो वाहन क्र MH 35 M 306 किमत अंदाजे 1,00,000/- रु असा एकूण 1,60,480 /- रु चा मु्देमाल मिळून आल्याने योग्य पंचनामा कार्यवाही करून पो स्टे ला अप क्रमांक 109/025 कलम 65(ई ) म. दा. का प्रमाणे गुन्हा दाखलं केला आहे.सदरची कारवाई यवतमाळ चे मा पोलीस अधीक्षक साहेब, अप्पर पोलीस अधीक्षक पियुष जगताप साहेब, उपविभागीय पोलीस अधिकारी उपविभाग उमरखेड हनुमंत गायकवाड साहेब उमरखेड पोलीस स्टेशन चे ठाणेदार पोलीस निरीक्षक शंकर पांचाळ साहेब यांचे मार्गदर्शना खाली पोलीस स्टेशन उमरखेड येथील API सारिका राऊत पो. शी. मुसळे ब. न. 1681,पो शी चालक आकाश ब. न. 964 यांनी यशस्वी रित्या पार पाडली गुन्ह्याचा तपास स पो नी सारिका राऊत हे करीत आहेत.
