प्रतिनीधी : उमरखेड – महागांव विधानसभेचे आमदार नामदेव ससाने यांनी मुख्यमंत्री एकनाथजी शिंदे साहेब यांची भेट घेऊन मागील सहा दिवसापासून उमरखेड महागांव विधानसभा क्षेत्रात प्रचंड अतिवृष्टीने नुकसान झाल्याचे चर्चेदरम्यान माहिती दिली.
विधानसभा क्षेत्रात दरदिवशी १०० मि.मी. पेक्षा जास्त पाऊस पडल्याने शेतामधील पिकांचे अतोनात नुकसान झाले आहे व पैनगंगा नदीला आलेल्या पुरामुळे व ओढ्या नाल्याला आलेल्या पुरामुळे शेतजमीनी खरडून व शेतामधील विहीरी खचुन गेल्या आहेत. एकट्या उमरखेड तालुक्यामध्ये २४ हजार हेक्टर पेक्षा जास्त क्षेत्र अतिवृष्टीमुळे बाधित झाले आहे. यवतमाळ जिल्ह्यात सर्वात जास्त पाऊस हा उमरखेड व महागांव तालुक्यामध्ये पडला असून तालुक्यामधील सर्वच महसुली मंडळामध्ये प्रचंड प्रमाणात नुकसान झाले आहे.
तरी सदर गंभीर परिस्थितीचा व शेतकऱ्याच्या पिक नुकसानीचा विचार करून कुठलेही पंचनामे न करता सरसकट नुकसान भरपाई देण्यात यावी अशा आशयाचे विनंती पत्र मुख्यमंत्री श्री एकनाथजी शिंदे साहेब यांना आमदार श्री नामदेवराव ससाने साहेब यांनी देऊन विनंतीवजा मागणी केली.
