मुळावा(वा): तालुक्यातील सर्वात मोठी ग्रामपंचायतीचा कारभार प्रभारी सरपंचावर मागील वर्षभरापासून सुरू होता. परंतु अविश्वास ठराव पारीत झाल्यानंतर पुन्हा एकदा सरपंच पदाची निवडणूक घेण्यात अली.
मुळावा ग्रामपंचायतीमध्ये ९ सप्टेंबर २०२३ रोजी ललीता जामकर यांच्यावर अविश्वासाचा ठराव पारीतही झाला. परंतु अश्विसाचा ठरावात सदस्यांनी लावलेले आरोप मान्य नसल्याने ललीता जामकर यांनी न्यायालयात कॅव्हेट
दाखल केले होते. त्यावर आता जवळपास वर्षभरानंतर अनेक नाट्यमय घडामुडीनंतर नवीन सरपंचाची निवड पदी शारदा जाधव या विराजमान झाल्या .आज दि.९ ऑगस्त शुक्रवार रोजी मुळावा येथे ग्रामपंचायत सदस्यांचे दोनही पॅनेल मधून सरपंच पदासाठी निवडणूक झाली.ग्रामपंचायत सभागृह येथे सर्व १५ सदस्य हजर होते .ग्रामपंचात सदस्य धम्मानंद खडसे यांच्या मागणीनुसार गुप्त मतदान प्रक्रिया राबवण्यात अली.त्यात शारदा सुरेश जाधव १२ मते तर ललिता रामराव जामकर यांना ३ मते मिळाली. १२ मते बहुमतांनी सरपंच म्हणून शारदा जाधव यांची निवड झाल्याचे निवडणूकअधिकारी मधुकर मुंडे यांनी जाहीर केले .सरपंच पदी शारदा जाधव यांची निवड होताच ग्रामपंचायत परिसर व बस्थानक परिसर फटाक्यांची आतिषबाजी करण्यात आलीह.या वेळी पॅनल प्रमुख सरपंच व सदस्यांनी रेणुकामातेचे दर्शन घेतले सरपंच शारदा ताई यांनी सर्वांचे आभार मानून या निवडणूक प्रक्रियेची समाप्ती झाली.

सन २०२१ मध्ये ग्रामपंचायत. निवडणुकीमध्ये आमच्या पॅनल कडून ओबीसी दोन महिला निवडुण आल्या त्यावेळी गावातील प्रमुख व्यक्ती समक्ष दोन्ही महिलांना अडीच अडीच वर्ष सरपंच पदाचा फॉमुला ठरला होता परन्तु प्रथम झालेल्या सरपंच यांनी अडीच वर्षा नंतर राजीनामा देण्यास नाकारले नंतर त्यांच्यावर अविश्वास आणून सर्व सदस्य व गावातील प्रतिष्ठित यांना विश्वासात घेतले व आज रोजी आम्ही शारदा सुरेश जाधव यांना सर्वांनानु मते सरपंच पदी विराजमान केले

ग्रा.पं.चे सरपंच पद हे ओबीसी महिलेकारिता राखीव असल्यामुळे जात वैधता प्रमाणपत्र तपासणे व ज्या वार्ड क्र. मध्ये ओबीसी महिला राखीव जागेवर निवडून आलेले आहे आशा महिलांना सरपंच पदासाठी प्रथम प्राध्यान्य देण्यात यावे जर या व्यतिरिक्त ओबीसी प्रमाणपत्र जात वैधता असेल परंतु ओपन च्या जागेवर निवडून आली असेल आणि राखीव सरपंच पदासाठी अर्ज आसेल तर त्यांना बाद करण्यात यावा अशी मागणी ग्रा.प.सदस्य धमानंद खडसे यांनी केली परंतु हा नियम सरपंच जर जनतेतून निवडून आला तर लागु होतो.सदर सरपंचपद सदस्या मधून निवडून आल्यामुळे कोणत्याही प्रभागात असला अथवा सर्वसाधारण जरी असला तरी त्याचे हक्क डावलता येत नाही त्यामुळे विरोधकांचे अर्ज फेटाळण्यात आले आहे.नियमानुसार सरपंच पदांची निवडणुक पार पडली
