महागाव तालुक्यातील बिजोरा या ठिकाणी टोलनाका सुरू होऊन दोन महिन्यापेक्षा जास्त काळ झाला. या ठिकाणी अद्यापही वाहनधारकांसाठी कोणत्याच सोयीसुविधा उपलब्ध नाहीत. या ठिकाणी टोलच्या जागेची नियुक्ती नसताना टोलनाका उभारण्यात आला. वाहनधारकांना मूलभूत सुविधेचा या ठिकाणी अभाव आहे. स्वच्छालय उपलब्धता नसून अनेक समस्या निर्माण झालेल्या आहेत तरीही तेथे टोल वसुली वसुली सुरू आहे. NHAI नियमानुसार ज्या सुविधा आहेत त्या जो पर्यंत मिळणार नाहीत, तो पर्यंत टोल वसुली ही होऊ देणार नाही असे काँग्रेसचे महागाव शहराध्यक्ष तथा नगरसेवक शैलेश कोपरकर यांनी इशारा दिला आहे .
तालुक्यातील बिजोरा या ठिकाणी सुरू असलेल्या टोल नाक्यांवर येणाऱ्या जाणाऱ्या वाहनाचे टॅक्स वसुली मोठ्या प्रमाणात चालू आहे. या ठिकाणी कुठल्याही प्रकारची सोयी सुविधा उपलब्ध नाहीत. अशा पद्धतीचा चालू असलेला टोल व्यवसाय तत्काळ बंद करावी असे आवाहन महागाव शहर काँग्रेस पक्षाचे अध्यक्ष तथा नगरसेवक शैलेश कोपरकर यांनी केले आहे. नियमानुसार टोलवर असणारे कर्मचारी यांना युनिफॉर्म असला पाहिजे. त्यांच्याकडे ओळखपत्र असने अनिवार्य आहे. या ठिकाणी लावण्यात आलेले संबंधित सर्व बोर्ड हे नियमांनुसार हिंदी ,इंग्रजी तसेच ज्या राज्यामध्ये टोल वसुली केली जाते त्या प्रादेशिक भाषेत असले पाहिजेत. सार्वजनिक स्वच्छतागृह हे स्वच्छ आणि मुबलक पिण्याचे स्वच्छ पाणी राहणे अत्यावश्यक आहे. एखाद्या वाहनधारकास कोणत्याही प्रकारची तक्रार करावयाची असेल तर तक्रार पुस्तिका उपलब्ध असणे गरजेचे आहे. NHAI helpline number 1033 वर संपर्क केला असता समाधान कारक उत्तर मिळत नाहीत. संपूर्ण रस्त्यावर जिथे जिथे पथकर दिवे आहेत, ते रात्रीच्या वेळी चालू असावयास पाहिजे आहे. अशा कोणत्याच सुविधा ह्या बिजोरा टोल वर नाहीत. या साठी संबंधितांना मुदतही दिली होती. परंतु तेथील प्रशासनाने आम्हास कोणत्याही प्रकारची दाद दिली नाही. त्यामुळे जनतेची बांधिलकी असल्यामुळे सर्वांना आवाहन करण्यात येते की जो पर्यंत वरील सोयीसुविधा दिल्या जाणार नाहीत, तो पर्यंत कोणीही टोल भरू नये. ही मागणी ही नियमाला धरून आहे. त्यामुळे आता टोल प्रशासन यांना आम्ही अधिकचा वेळ देऊ शकत नाही, टोल टोल प्रशासनाने अद्याप दखल घेतली नसल्याने या ठिकाणी जनतेच्या हितासाठी येणाऱ्या काळात मागण्या पूर्ण न झाल्यास प्रचंड मोठे आंदोलन उभारण्यात येईल असे महागाव शहर काँग्रेसचे अध्यक्ष तथा नगरसेवक शैलेश कोपरकर यांनी सांगितले .
