फिर्यादी नामे विठ्ठल दत्तराव कांबळे वय 45 वर्ष,जात बौध्द,व्यवसाय शेती रा.पोखरी(हुडी) ता.पुसद जि.यवतमाळ याने दि.16/02/2022 रोजी पोलीस स्टेशन पोफाळी येथे येउन जबानी रिपोर्ट दिला की, त्यांची बहीण नामे सौ. शोभा सुधीर खडसे वय 45 वर्ष रा. शांतीनगर, मुळावा ह.मु.पिंपळदरी फाटा हि तिचे पती व मुलाबाळा सह राहत होती.व तिचा आरोपी पती हा तिला नेहमी तिचेवर संशय घेऊन दारु पिऊन तिला नेहमी मारहान करुन तिला शिवीगाळ करुन जिवाने मारण्याची धमकी देत होता.त्याबाबत आम्ही खुप वेळा त्याला समजाऊन सांगितले होते. त्याचे नेहमीचे मारहाणीला कंटाळुन माझे बहीण नामे सौ.शोभा सुधीर खडसे वय 45 वर्ष हिने गळफास घेऊन दि.16/02/2022 रोजीचे सकाळी 08/00 वा,पुर्वी तिचे पिंपळदरी फाट्यावरील हाँटेलमध्ये आत्महत्या केली असुन तिचे आत्महत्येस तिचा पती हा सर्वस्वी जबाबदार आहे. अशा फिर्यादीचे जबानी रिपोर्टवरुन पो.स्टे.ला आरोपीविरुध्द अप क्र.31/31 कलम 306 भा.दं.वि.प्रमाणे गुन्हा नोंद करुन यातील आरोपी नामे सुधीर निवृत्ती खडसे यास सदर गुन्हयात अटक करुन त्यास वि.न्यायालया समक्ष हजर केले असता वि.न्यायालयाने त्याचा जेल वारंट केल्याने त्यास वि.न्यायालयाचे आदेशाने यवतमाळ जिल्हा कारागृहामध्ये दाखल करण्यात आले.गुन्हयाचा अधिक तपास पोफाळी पोलीस स्टेशनचे मा.ठाणेदार राजीव हाके यांचे मार्गदर्शनाखाली पो.उप.नि.राजेश पंडीत ,राम गडदे बिट जमादार देविदास आठवले अमोल कान्हेकर करीत आहेत.
