यवतमाळ वाशिम जिल्ह्यात सरासरीपेक्षा जास्त पावसाचे प्रमाण झाल्याने ईसापुर धरणाची पाणीपातळी 440 . 74 मीटर ठेवावी लागणार आहे .धरण सुरक्षिततेच्या दृष्टीने आज दि . 7 सप्टेंबर रोजी दुपारी साडेचार वाजता ईसापुर धरणाच्या सांडव्याची तीन वक्रद्वारे 10 सेंटीमीटरने उघडूनपैनगंगा नदी पात्रात10.21 क्यूसेक्स (28 .92 क्यूमेक्स ) इतका विसर्ग सोडण्यात आला आहे . त्यामुळे पैनगंगा नदीपात्रातील पाणी पातळीत वाढ होऊन पूर परिस्थिती निर्माण होण्याची शक्यता नाकारता येत नाही .संभाव्य पाण्याच्या पुरामुळे आपली पाळीव जनावरे , जीवितहानी ,वित्तहानी होऊ नये म्हणून पैनगंगा नदीकाठच्या दोन्ही तीरावरील नागरिकांनी घरगुती व शेती उपयोगी सामान सुरक्षित स्थळी स्थलांतर करावी व नागरिकांनी सुरक्षित स्थळी रहावे यासाठी उर्ध्व पैनगंगा प्रकल्प विभाग क्रमांक – 1 नांदेडचे कार्यकारी अभियंता अ .बा जगताप यांनी उपविभागिय अधिकारी सखाराम मुळे , तहसिलदार आर यु सुरडकर व उपविभागातील सर्व ठाणेदार यांना खबरदारीचा उपाय म्हणून सूचनापत्र देण्यात आले आहे . नदीकाठच्या नागरिकांनी आपल्या सुरक्षततेची खबरदारी बाळगावी असे आवाहन करण्यात आहे आहे .
