दिनांक 08/08/2024 रोजी फिर्यादी फिरोज उसेन दिवान शेख वय 58 वर्ष जात मुस्लिम व्या- सरकारी नोकरी महा औष्णीक विद्युत केंद्र चंद्रपुर (सेवानिवृत्त) रा. रेहमानीया कॉलणी नांदेड रोड उमरखेड यांचे फिर्यादवरुन पो स्टे उमरखेड येथे अप क्र 528/2024 कलम 331(4),305 (a),3(5) BNS अन्वेय गुन्हा दाखल होवुन मा.पो.नि. संजय सोळंके यांचे आदेशान सदर गुन्ह्याचा तपास परि. पोउपनि सागर इंगळे पो स्टे उमरखेड यांचे कडे दिला.

सदर गुन्ह्यात परि पोउपनि सागर इंगळे व पोशि/1652 संघशील टेंभरे यांनी उमरखेड शहरात लावलेले पोलीस स्टेशनचे सी सी टि व्ही फ्युटेज चेक केले असता यातील आरोपी हे त्यांचे मोसाने गायत्री चौक नंतर सदर मोसा बस स्टॅण्ड समोर लावुन पायी चालत नाग चौक नंतर बजाज शोरुम च्या समोरुन फिर्यादीचे घरात दि.07/08/2024 रोजी 02/03 वा. प्रवेश करतांन दिसत आहे व 02/18 वा बाहेर पडतांना दिसत आहे. नंतर सदर आरोपी हे पायी चालत जावुन लावलेल्या ठिकाणावरुन मो सा घेवुन नांदेड च्या दिशेन निघुन गेले आहे. नंतर सायबर सेल यवतमाळ यांचे मदतीने सदर गुन्ह्याचे घटनास्थळाचे टॉवर डम्प प्राप्त करून त्याचे विश्लेषण सदर घटनास्थळी घटनेच्या वेळी यातील आरोपी क्र 01. शेख सैफुद्दीन याचे कडे असलेल्या सिम क्रमांकाचे लोकेशन मिळून आल्याने आम्ही सदर क्रमांकाचे एस डी आर काढुन तसेच त्याचे लोकेशन काढुन मा.पोनि संजय सोळंके यांचे मार्गदर्शनाखाली दि.16/08/2024 रोजी परिपोउपनि सागर इंगळे व पोशि/1681 मुसळे असे खाजगी वाहनाने सदर सिम क्रमांचे लोकेशनला जावुन गोपनिय बातमीदारा मार्फत सदर आरोपीतांचा शोध घेतला असता सदर गुन्ह्यातील आरोपी नामे 1. शेख सैफुद्दीन शेख अजीमोद्दीन वय-22 वर्ष, रा. वर्कशॉप रोड फ्लोर मिल जवळ सहयोग नगर नांदेड ह.मु. लक्ष्मी नगर, देगलुर नाका, इतवारा नांदेड ता. जि. नांदेड 2. शेख खिजर अहेमद मोहम्मद गौस वय-36 वर्ष, रा.देवी नगर, नदीम किराणा जवळ देगलुर नाका, इतवारा नांदेड ता.जि. नांदेड हे नांदेड येथे देगलुर नाका येथे मिळुन आल्याने त्यांना ताब्यात घेवुन त्यांना अटक करुन त्याचे कडुन 1. सोन्याचे मंगळसुत्र (राणी हार) अंदाजे 21 ग्रॅम कि अं 65000/- रुपये 2. सोन्याचे पेंन्डॉल (पथक) 5 ग्रॅम कि अं 3500/- रुपये असा एकुण 68500/- रुपये 3. एक बजाज कंपनीची पल्सर ns125 भगव्या रंगाची व काळा रंग असलेली जिचा क्र MH-26-CM-0664 चेचीस नं MD2B72BX0RCL75953 इंजिन नंबर JEXCRL51829 कि अं 120000/- रुपये असा एकुण 1,88500 /- रुपये चा मुद्देमाल जप्त केला आहे. अशा प्रकारे घरफोडी सारखा गुन्हा खूप कमी कालावधी मध्ये उमरखेड पोलीसांनी उघड केला आहे.

सदरची कारवाई मा.श्री. कुमार चिंता पोलीस अधीक्षक साहेब, यवतमाळ, मा. पियुष जगताप अप्पर पोलीस अधीक्षक यवतमाळ, मा.उप. विभागीय अधिकारी गायकवाड साहेव, पोलीस निरीक्षक संजय सोळंके यांचे मार्गदर्शनात परि पोउपनि सागर इंगळे, चालक पोहवा/1991 समीर, पोशि/201 विष्णु राठोड, पोशि/1681 गिरजप्पा मुसळे पोशि/1652 संघशील टेंभरे, यांनी केली आहे.
