रेती  घेऊन जाणारा अवैध ट्रॅक्टर पोलिसांनी पकडला – पोफाळी पोलीस स्टेशनची धडक करवाई.

आज  सेवालाल जयंती निमीत्य पोलीस स्टेशन पोफाळी ठाणेदार राजीव हाके व पो.उप.नि.राजेश पंडीत हे पेट्रोलींग करीत असताना त्यांना मुखबीर द्वारे माहीती मिळाली की, गौळ कडून शिळोणाकडे एक लाल रंगाचे ट्रॅक्टर व ज्याची निळ्या रंगाची ट्रली अवैधरित्या रेती घेऊन जात आहे.
अशा माहीती वरुन ठाणेदार राजीव हाके, पो.उप.नि. राजेश पंडीत त्यांचे पो.स्टॉफ प्रकाश बोंबले, राहुल मडावी, राम गडदे असे शिळोणा येथे बस स्टॉफजवळ पंचांसह थांबुन असताना 12/30 वा. सुमारास मिळालेल्या माहीतीप्रमाणे ट्रैक्टर येत असताना दिसले. त्यांनी ट्रॅक्टरला थांबविले असता सदर ट्रैक्टर मध्ये दोन ईसम बसलेले दिसुन आले त्या ट्रॅक्टरचे चालकास त्याचे नाव गाव विचारले असता त्याने त्याचे नाव रामेश्वर गणेश खंदारे वय 21 वर्ष रा. धारेगाव ता. महागाव असे सांगितल्याने व त्याचे • सोबत असलेल्या इसमास त्याचे नाव गाव विचारले असता, त्याने त्याचे नाव बाळु माणिकराव वायकुळे वय 33 वर्ष रा. धारेगाव असे सांगुन तो ट्रॅक्टरचा मालक असल्याचे सांगितले.
वरुन त्याचे ट्रॅक्टरचे ट्रॉलीची पाहणी केली असता सदर ट्रॉलीमध्ये अंदाजे एक ब्राँस रेती मिळुन आल्याने ट्रैक्टरचे चालकास व मालकास रेती वाहतुकीबाबत परवाना व रेती कोठुन आणल्याचे विचारले असता त्याने परवाना नसुन सदरील रेती ही हातला येथील पैनगंगा नदी पात्रातुन आणल्याचे सांगितले. तरी ट्रॅक्टरचे वरील चालक व मालक यांनी त्यांचे ताब्यातील महींद्रा कंपनीचे लाल रंगाचे ट्रक्टर विनानंबरचे व निळ्या रंगाचे ट्रॉली कि.5,00000रु मध्ये अवैधरित्या अंदाजे एक ब्राँस रेती कि.6000 रु. ची रेती चोरी करीत असताना मिळुन आल्याने वरील वर्णणाचे ट्रैक्टर कि.500000 रु. अंदाजे एक ब्राँस रेती कि.6000 रु असा एकुन 506000 रु. मुद्देमाल जप्त करुन त्यांचेवर कलम 379,34 भा.दं.वि.प्रमाणे गुन्हा नोंद करुन त्यांना अटक करुन वि.न्यायालयासमक्ष हजर करण्यात आले.
