११ फेब्रुवारी २०२५: महात्मा गांधी आंतरराष्ट्रीय हिंदी विश्वविद्यालयाच्या इंग्रजी व विदेशी भाषा अध्ययन विभागा द्वारे ‘चीनी संस्कृतीचा परिचय’ या विषयावर दोन दिवसीय (१०-११ फेब्रुवारी) आंतरराष्ट्रीय कार्यशाळेअंतर्गत मंगळवार, ११ फेब्रुवारी रोजी मुंबई स्थित गणप्रजातन्त्र चीन कांसुलेट जनरल कार्यालयतील प्रतिनिधी कौंसल जनरल खोंङ शिएन हूआ, वाइस कौंसल पीओङ फ़ाङपीङ एवं श्रीमती फान त्स् वेई यांचे स्वागत विश्वविद्यालयाचे कुलगुरू प्रो. कृष्णकुमार सिंह यांनी केले. कुलगुरूंच्या कक्षात आयोजित स्वागत कार्यक्रमात इंग्रजी व विदेशी भाषा अध्ययन विभागाचे सहायक प्रोफेसर डॉ. अनिर्बाण घोष यांनी पाहुण्यांचा परिचय करून दिला. कुलगुरू प्रो. सिंह यांनी पाहुण्यांचे स्मृतिचिन्ह, पुष्पगुच्छ, सूतमाळ आणि शाल देऊन स्वागत केले तर पाहुण्यांनी कुलगुरू प्रो. सिंह आणि कुलसचिव प्रो. आनन्द पाटील यांना भेटवस्तू दिल्या. कुलगुरू प्रो. सिंह यांच्याशी संभाषण झाल्या नंतर त्यांनी विश्वविद्यालयाचा दौरा केला.
यावेळी भाषा विद्यापीठाचे अधिष्ठाता प्रो. आनन्द पाटील, अंग्रेजी व विदेशी भाषा अध्ययन विभागाचे सहायक प्रोफेसर डॉ. अनिर्बाण घोष, डॉ. रवि कुमार, डॉ. सन्मति जैन, डॉ. संदीप कुमार, मैत्रेयी प्रकाश यांची उपस्थिती होती.
‘चीनी संस्कृतीचा परिचय’ या विषयाअंतर्गत भाषा विद्यापीठात चिनी चित्र प्रदर्शन आणि आयसीटी कक्षाचे उद्घाटन कुलगुरू प्रो. सिंह आणि कौंसल जनरल खोंङ शिएन हूआ यांनी रिबन कापून केले. यावेळी विश्वविद्यालयातील विद्यार्थी विकास कुमार, शांतनु नागोसे, निधी पाठक, निधी कुमारी, अपूर्वा तायडे, आशुतोष कुमार यांनी चिनी गाणी सादर केली. या प्रसंगी कौंसल जनरल खोंङ शिएन हूआ यांनी भाषण स्पर्धेचे बक्षीस वितरण केले ज्यामध्ये गट ‘क’ गटात अनुक्रमे प्रथम, द्वितीय आणि तृतीय क्रमांकाचे बक्षिसे भारती, सन्नी कुमार व अनिमेश कुमार यांना देण्यात आली तर ‘ख’ गटात अनुक्रमे प्रथम, द्वितीय आणि तृतीय क्रमांकाचे बक्षिसे आशुतोष कुमार, अस्मिन जैसवाल, निधी कुमारी यांना देण्यात आले.
कौंसल जनरल श्री खोंङ शिएन हूआ यांनी पीपीटीद्वारे ‘चीनचा विकास, सुधारणा आणि चीन-भारत संबंध’ या विषयावर व्याख्यान दिले. कार्यक्रमाचे संचालन अतिथी शिक्षक सुशांत सिंह यांनी केले तर सहायक प्रोफेसर मैत्रेयी प्रकाश यांनी आभार मानले. यावेळी भाषा विज्ञान विभागाचे अध्यक्ष प्रो. एच.ए. हुनगुंद, डॉ. अनिल कुमार पाण्डेय, डॉ. हिमांशु शेखर, आम्रपाल शेंदरे, डॉ. सरिता भारद्वाज, बी. एस. मिरगे, राजेश यादव डॉ. अमित विश्वास यांच्या सह अध्यापक, शोधार्थी व विद्यार्थी मोठ्या संख्येने उपस्थित होते.
