उमरखेड :- केंद्र शासनाच्या स्वच्छ भारत मिशन अंतर्गत स्वच्छ सर्वेक्षण 2018 मध्ये घनकचरा संकलन व विल्हेवाटीचा कामात नगरपरिषदेचा 65 लाखाचा घोटाळा उमरखेड येथे उघडकीस आला यावरून तत्कालीन नगराध्यक्ष तथा विद्यमान भाजपा आमदार नामदेव ससाने यांच्यासह अकरा जणांविरुद्ध विविध कलमान्वये आज 7 फेब्रुवारी रोजी गुन्हा दाखल करण्यात आल्याने विधानसभेत एकच खळबळ उडाली आहे.
स्वच्छ सर्वेक्षण 2018 अंतर्गत घनकचरा व्यवस्थापन व विल्हेवाट यामध्ये नगरपरिषदेच्या वतीने करण्यात आलेल्या कामांमध्ये नगरपरिषद अधिनियम 58 (2) अन्वये कार्योत्तर परवानगी घेऊन लाखोंची बिले काढल्याचा ठपका ठेवत तक्रार करण्यात आली होती. सदर तक्रारीवर तत्कालीन उपविभागीय अधिकारी स्वप्नील कापडणीस यांनी प्रकरणाची शहानिशा करून जिल्हाधिकारी यांना कामात अनियमितता झाल्याचा अहवाल सादर केला होता. यावर नगर विकास मंत्रालयाने शिक्कामोर्तब करीत गुन्हे दाखल करण्याचे आदेश दिले. त्यावरून आज सोमवारी उशिरा नगरपरिषदेचे मुख्याधिकारी चारुदत्त इंगोले यांच्या फिर्यादीवरून उमरखेड पोलीस स्टेशनमध्ये गुन्हा दाखल करण्यात आला. उमरखेड नगरपरिषदेच्या कचरा संकलन घोटाळ्यात नगराध्यक्ष नामदेव ससाने, तत्कालीन मुख्याधिकारी गणेश चव्हाण, कंत्राटदार गजानन मोहळे, कंत्राटदार फिरोजखान आजाद खान,जयस्वाल व पाणीपुरवठा सभापती दिलीप सुरते, आरोग्य सभापती अमोल तिवरंगकर, महिला व बालकल्याण सभापती सविता पाचकोरे यांच्यासह लेखापाल सुभाष भुते ,आरोग्य निरीक्षक विशाल श्रीवास्तव असे एकूण अकरा जणां विरुद्ध कचरा संकलन घोटाळ्यात प्रत्यक्ष सहभाग असल्याचे आढळल्या चे नगर विकास मंत्रालय आदेशात म्हटले होते यावरून जिल्हाधिकारी अमोल येडगे यांनी शुक्रवारी नगर परिषदेचे मुख्याधिकारी यांच्यावर संबंधितांवर पोलिसात तक्रार देण्याची जबाबदारी दिली होती. यावरून मुख्याधिकारी यांनी 6 फेब्रुवारी रोजी पोलीस स्टेशन येथे तक्रार दाखल केली या तक्रारीवर ठाणेदार अमोल माळवे यांनी दस्तऐवजाची पडताळणी सुरू करून आज 7 फेब्रुवारी रोजी 420, 409, 465, 467,468,471, 34 नुसार या कलमान्वये गुन्हा दाखल केला आहे.
