तालुकास्तरीय भव्य पशु प्रदर्शनी हा कार्यक्रम कृषी उत्पन्न बाजार समिती येथे आयोजित करण्यात आला होता या भव्य पशुप्रदर्शनीसाठी उमरखेड तालुक्यातून ठीक ठिकाणातून शेतकरी बांधव आपले शेळ्या मेंढ्या गाई म्हशी बोकुड कोंबडे असे विविध प्रदर्शनी मध्ये सहभाग नोंदवला होता तसेच कार्यक्रमाची सुरुवात ही प्रज्वलन करून करण्यात आली तसेच मंचावर संबोधितांना मान्यवर यांनी असे सांगितले की शेती हा अतिशय चांगला आणि नफा मिळवून देणारा जोडधंदा आहे त्यामुळे शेतकऱ्यांनी आपल्या शेतीस पशुपालन पशुसंवर्धनाची जोड द्यावी आणि त्यातून चांगले उत्पादन मिळावे असे प्रतिपादन डॉक्टर क्रांती काटोले जिल्हा पशुसंवर्धन अधिकारी यांनी सांगितले या प्रदर्शनी 400 हून अधिक पशु पक्षी सहभागी झाले होते यावेळी जिल्हा पशुसंवर्धन उपायुक्त डॉक्टर विजय रहाटे ,जिल्हा पशुसंवर्धन अधिकारी क्रांति काटोले,डॉक्टर गोपाल ठाकूर पशुधन विकास अधिकारी पंचायत समिती उमरखेड, माजी आमदार विजयराव खडसे ,खरेदी-विक्री संघाचे अध्यक्ष सुदर्शन रावते ,महेश काळेशवर , ,अंकुश वानखेडे, तालुका कृषी अधिकारी व कर्मचारी आदी उपस्थित होते .क्रांती काटोले व विजय राहाटे यांनी प्रदर्शनामध्ये प्रत्येक पशुपालकाची भेट घेत पशुचे अवलोकन केले व पशुपालकाशी संवाद साधला विविध गटातील सहभागी संकरित वासरे देशी वर्ग संकरित गाय वर्ग, सदृढ बैल जोडी, म्हैस वर्ग, शेळी वर्ग, कुक्कुट वर्ग याप्रमाणे एकूण आठ गटात पासून साठी स्पर्धा ठेवण्यात आली होती या स्पर्धेसाठी विविध गटांमध्ये पारितोषिक मान्यवरांच्या हस्ते देण्यात आली. मेळाव्यात पशु पक्षांसाठी सावली करिता स्वातंत्र्य व्यवस्था चार-पाऱ्याची व्यवस्था करण्यात आलेली होती कार्यक्रमाची प्रास्ताविक जिल्हा पशुसंवर्धन अधिकारी डॉक्टर क्रांती काटोले यांनी केली ,सुत्रसंचालन प्रकाश दुधेवार ,आभार डॉ गोपाल ठाकुर यांनी केले .प्रदर्शनी व शेतकरी मेळावा मध्ये बहुसंख्येने पशुपालक तसेच शेतकरी उपस्थित होते, डॉक्टर विजय रहाटे यांनी कार्यक्रमाच्या आयोजनाबद्दल जिल्हा परिषद अध्यक्ष पशुसंवर्धन विभाग व उमरखेड पंचायत समितीचे कौतुक केले.
